Næstved, Denmark, June 27, 2024 – SeeSafe, a leading provider of security solutions in Denmark and Sweden, today announced the acquisition of the Swedish security company, Säker Fastighet. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in SeeSafe’s growth strategy and strengthens the company’s position in the Nordic market.
Effective January 1, 2024, Säker Fastighet will become part of SeeSafe Group. This move follows many years of close collaboration between the two companies, where Säker Fastighet has played a key role in supporting SeeSafe’s expansion in Sweden. The current co-owners, Markus Johansson and Christoffer Jeppsson, as well as the existing technical team, will continue in their roles and contribute to the continued development of the company.
